BabyBjörn Bouncer Bliss Review

Despite its high price tag, this is the one baby item I would buy repeatedly for each baby if I had to. The good thing is once you get one, it will last you for years. I have had mine for five years, five moves, and three babies and the frame looks as though I bought it yesterday.

Designed to be baby-propelled, this bouncer is the best of both worlds; it does not need batteries or mom-fueled energy. As long as baby is kicking, it'll bounce; a gem amongst many cumbersome battery-operated baby swings.

The cover comes off easily and holds up well, a necessity when it comes to the countless spit-ups and blowouts that seem to be the markers of infancy. My sister-in-law gifted me the mesh cover in anticipation of another sweltering Texas summer, which I am already grateful for despite the mild spring weather. If mesh isn't for you, there are abundant color and fabric options, all well-made and thoughtfully designed.

Speaking of thoughtfully designed, did I mention this bouncer lays down completely flat for easy storage and transportation? It's lightweight and durable. What else could you want?

In comparison with other baby chairs, BabyBjörn takes the cake. It is well worth the splurge!

Quick Tip: Attach a toy bar for easy entertainment. I've listed a few favorites below (all compatible with the BabyBjorn Bouncer) but the options are endless. Many can be used on bouncers, car seats, or over bassinets.
